Why is it I see trading "before the open" on Forex? How does that work with stops and TPs? Do they actually fill during the "pre" period? Who is trading before "the open"?

In the case of SC Forex Data service, the data you see is from FXCM. If you are trading with FXCM, then certainly any orders will be filled during the time their system is open.
