Euronext symbols

After so many problems with the intraday datas with my euronext MX indices futures contracts i have decided to delete and reload completely the SC software from my computer. Then after a new settlement and a normal reconnection i can't find out anymore the MX symbol with "find symbol" in your list. It seems Euronext contracts have disappeared from the list. Why ? Thanks ( meanwhile my others markets feeds are available)

We definitely do not recommend deleting and reinstalling Sierra Chart. That will not solve whatever problem you had. It is important to contact us and describe the particular problem you have with a particular symbol. Reinstalling Sierra Chart is not going to accomplish anything in this case.

The symbol settings for MX have been added. We are not sure why they had gotten removed from the list for "SC Exchange Data".

Update the Symbol Settings following the instructions here:

you are right to cancel doesn't solve the problem on this database ! no one single day from the beginning of the month with a correct chart ! whatever the process i use to delete and reload the database remained spoiled ! i am so fed up because i can't work with this soft and i am not a database manager just a guy who have to be ready at 8 o'clock in the morning to try to do his normal job trading day ! just impossible !! it's too complicated for my little brain.

We were not referring to canceling but referring to deleting and reinstalling Sierra Chart.

When you have a problem, post an image of the chart and we will help you. At this point we are not clear as to what was or is currently the problem.

So let's start...Could you please tell me how to cancel these two crazy quotes inside this chart who are crushing the display ? I have tried several of your recommanded erase and reloading methods but nothing seems to eradicate them ! Maybe i miss the good one because of my poor english and poor intelligence.

We have corrected the data error on the server. This problem shows up when you are back adjusting the data.

You need to re-download the data for the MXK15 contract by following the documentation here:
