volume profile ticks and chart period

I noticed that when I have a volume profile on a chart with a short time period (like 15minutes), I can set the profile 'ticks/bar' to 1. But if I change the chart time period to be larger (like 60min/bar), the 'ticks/bar' changes to 5. If I then go back to 15min/bar, the ticks/bar are still at 5, so I must manually change it back to 1 tick/bar.
Can the profile be made to return to the original ticks/bar when changing chart time frames?

thanks!

The problem is you have set the Volume at Price Multiplier in Chart >> Chart Settings to a value other than 1. Set it back to 1.

That's not the problem. Volume At Price Mult is set to 1.

Therefore the Ticks per Volume Bar setting will not change. We do not see how we can help with this further. We have verified that setting will not change if the Volume at Price Multiplier is 1. And we cannot duplicate the problem you describe.

I got it work. Here is what I did:
1. starting out: ticks/bar=1 and TF=15min
2. go to daily TF (now ticks/bar=5).
3. set ticks/bar = 1, and profile ticks/bar=1.
4. save chart
5. now ticks/bar will stay at one when switching TFs
