Filled orders disappear

Hello, my Buy/Sell order disappears when it's been filled. Due to this I cannot use Flatten button. In a simulation mode, it works perfectly, but in a live mode it doesn't. Picture is attached. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-05-05 18:04:06
