unable to send order using my OEC account

why?

Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Connection Details >> Account to your OEC account number/ID.

If you are not sure what that is, you should see it listed at the top right in the OEC Trader software from what we remember.

I have followed the steps, use the same account ID as my OEC account.
but still facing troubles.
