Download, chart and export Continuous futures intraday data?

Would like to download, chart and export 36 months of continuous futures data (e.g. AD for 36 months). How do i do that? Is there a symbol format for continuous futures? In the "Find Symbols" control, I only see symbols for each future contract that expires in 3 months. thanks Kiran |
