Some questions reg Intraday data download and export 1) I was able to successfully download intraday 1-minute data for some US stock symbols using the Intraday File Update List (my directory shows sid files of 8MB) but for others (e.g. ADBE, etc), it has stalled - sid file is only 1K large. - Is there something i missed in the settings .. See log file attached with error messages and pl advise - Except for the last few symbols, i'm within the 200 downloads/day limit. 2) Every time i export intraday data using Write Bar to Text study, I need to update the Chart TimeZone to NY Eastern Time. Can i change the Chart TimeZone from Global Time to NY time as default, so i don't have to change this setting each time? 3) Is there a way to limit the data export to only Market Hours i.e. prevent the Outside hours data from exporting? 4) The Spreadsheet method "Spreadssheet->Edit->Export Intraday Data to TExt file" doesn't seem to work as it doesn't prompt me for a text file location, so not sure if it has exported and where? I checked the Data directory and there is no txt file. Is there some setting i'm missing to make this work? 5) Finally, is there a faster way to bulk-export intraday data for 100 symbols - both Write Bar and the Spreadsheet methods are manual and require opening a chart for each symbol, 1 at a time? 6) How do i draw Volume on the Charts? It is only showing Price Candles and i didn't see a Chart Setting to draw Volume in addition to Price Candles. (The Price Volume Bars option doesn't do it). thanks Kiran |
