Failing to see bids/offers in DOM

There may be something I'm doing wrong here. However sometimes bids/offers shows up other times they dont.

I have contacted IQ Feed. From looking at the raw data via the Market Depth I can see the data comes through ok.

I have my column settings up too. Please can you kindly provide a solution here.

We still suspect the problem is on the IQ Feed side. We want you to restart the IQ Feed software explained at step 10 here:
DTN IQ Feed Data Service: Setup Instructions

We will also do some testing.

If you still have a problem provide a copy of the Message Log.
