Hello, I want to activate Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed, but I cannot make it. I have direct account on Interactive Broker. The account is professional, because it is open on my company (I do trading for myself only). When I want to activate Full CME for 3,25 USD it written me : Action Result: Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange. To enable the exchange at least one Real-time data connection account is required. Can you help me? Thanks Tomas |
