Hi there,

I'm looking at the #XT DOM on SC and it seems the numbers are skewed a bit.

Could you kindly let me know how to fix it?

Oliver

You need to expand the spacing between the numbers on the scale. Here is the documentation for this:

Hi there,

I have attempted many times to expand the spaces using the button stipulated in the link above.

Please see the attachments.

Once I click on Auto Scaling nothing happens for the IR or XT however it worked for the YT. Why is this?

Also you can see the IR completely went haywire when I clicked scale range: constant range.

Please can you kindly inform me how I change the amount of levels of depth shown on the DOM or is this up to my data provider?

Thank you

Oliver

Select Chart >> Chart Settings and make sure the Tick Size is correct.

After that select Chart >> Reset Scales. You might also need to right-click on the price scale of numbers and select Auto Scale Chart Dom

Done all of the above and it hasn't made a difference.

Please see the screenshot of my settings and kindly advise a solution.

Thanks

The tick size is not correct.

Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated symbol settings.

Select Chart >> Chart Settings and press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button.

After that select Chart >> Reset Scales. You might also need to right-click on the price scale of numbers and select Auto Scale Chart DOM
