Sorry for being vague, not sure what else to title this message as. If I enter a position via Sierra Chart on FXCM, and close it via the FXCM mobile app, it will still show as an active position when I again login to Sierra Chart. I have tried reloading Sierra Chart, and re-downloading the chart, but it will still show as an open position. Any ideas on how to update Sierra Chart to correctly show my open positions when this happens? Thanks.

We need to know where you see this particular position displayed in Sierra Chart? Is it seen on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab?

It is shown on the chart in chart trade mode.

If you only see it there and not the Trade >> Orders and Positions >> Positions tab, then this would indicate you are using the Order Fill Calculated Position.
