I purchased a package 3 and I chose SC historical data. In pricing, it seems that it is included. But inside SirraCharts, service, it is shown: SC historical data(Not enabled on package) and on right upper corner, I see a RED message: Not corrected.

I purchase this package for back-testing. Why I could get SC historical data ?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks, it works now.

In addition, when I use it during trading hour, I can get just DELAYED data in chart ?

Yes, the data will be delayed 10 to 15 minutes but it will not update unless you reconnect to the data feed.

That means I have to refresh manually to update data ? If I choose 30M time frame, each 30m, I need to reconnect the data feed ?

Yes, this is a correct understanding and keep in mind at the time of reconnection the data will be delayed 10 to 15 minutes.

I tried Friday, it worked really like this : I had to reconnect manually every 30m to get delayed data. It is a little boring if I want to stay connected. There is other way so that it can update automatically ?
