Yes. It is definitely permanently deleted if you do not see it.

What you are describing in regards to "data is missing/corrupted" is documented here:

You need to enable the Continuous Futures Contract option on the chart:

Thanks, that straightened out the issue with the range bars but the ask bid difference bar study is still off. Do SC historical data charts have accurate ask and bid volume?

Bid volume and Ask volume are accurate with the SC Historical Data Service.

1. Straightened everything out except the NYSE Tick. It's only loading back as far as Feb 4 2014. Do you know why this might be? I've tried everything I can think of to fix the problem.

2.Also, considering I've lost my DTN data and the hassle it's been I'm wondering about switching over to the sierra direct feed. I've heard its accurate, how does it compare to Iqfeed?

1. In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service you can use the symbol $TICK to get data further back in time.

2. In general the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is a very good data feed. The Bid Volume and Ask Volume for the CME market is 100% accurate.

On one of the servers, lately we have had a problem with some packet loss from the CME which does affect the real-time data transmission to an approximate extent of 0.05%. We are working on resolving this problem and expect it should be resolved in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

The server uptime is very good and should be around 99.9%. But the level of redundancy available is not going to be good as IQ Feed.
