New to Sierra Charts - intraday charts not updating

I download the free trial recently and went through the steps to get connected using the avaliable data feeds provided by Sierra Charts. However, the historical data seems to work but no of the live information is updating. None of my candle sticks / bars are updating and the T&S window is blank! What's the possible issue here?

The SC Historical Data does not provide Real-Time data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html What markets do you need data for? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on. Sierra Chart Support |
