Data Trouble and Charts Freezing - Rithmic

I'm set up with SC with Rithmic data feed and seem to be having several problems.

1) The data feed is showing no errors and it is connected (green in top right corner). When I load a chart it seems to load to the current time, but there is no real time data. The price just sits there. I can't find what I'm doing wrong and my broker says my feed is good from their end.

2) I am loading some pre-built templates from the Private Banker and about 10 of the charts are frozen on one of my monitors and I cannot move them at all. I can update them to the Rithmic symbol and get them to load data properly (though it wont update price), but they are stacked on top of each other and they will not move. I have re-attached them to the main window, but when I detach them again, they are back to frozen from moving. I cannot find a way to solve this. Any ideas? Also, when I build a new chart book and create a chart, I can detach this and move it around like normal.

BTW - I sent my log around 11:00am CT.

1. We have looked at the Message Log and you are getting a "permission denied" error from the Rithmic system. Contact your broker and make sure your Rithmic account is authorized for the symbols you want to trade.

2. This is very unusual. We do not have a good sense of why something like this would happen. So you cannot move or resize tthe chart windows? The resizing and moving of a window is handled by the operating system. So not sure how we could really help with this. We recommend creating new charts, but that does not really make sense to have to do something like that. But if that helps, that probably is the best thing to do.

The solution turned out to be:

1) My broker had not authorized me for CME NYMEX products.

2) The detached windows had their title bars disabled. The solution was to re-enable the title bars and then I could move them normally.

Thanks for your assistance.
