Hi,

When using sc.UseTool(), with DrawingType = DRAWING_TEXT, it makes a line of text appear on the graph.

Is there a way to determine the height of this line in terms of ticks (which can dramatically change depending on the timeframe).

I need this value to keep my charts clean and avoid the overlapping of text from different sc.UseTool requests.

Thank you for your answer,

Thomas

You can only control the height of text through the s_Usetool::FontSize member and this controls the height in what are called Points. This is a Windows unit which is translated to pixels based upon the DPI setting for the system.
