Drawn VbP error on non time charts

See attached screen shot -- drawn VbP is selected with a dot outline, and the bars actually in the profile have a dashed outline -- you can see that they do not match. Have seen this problem before, you fixed, but it seems to be back. This problem only happens on a volume chart, or price change chart, etc., not on a time-based (e.g., 5 minute) chart.
