impossible to open my chartbook

HI SC since yesterday and the problem with eurex i can't open my chartbook : it updates data from intraday chart but never finish (more 1hour several times)…windows crashes it contain chart from DAX, BUND, STOXX I'm alone ?? thx |

Exit from Sierra Chart. Go to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder (C:\SierraChart\Data by default) and delete the data files for DAX, BUND, STOXX. They have a scid file extension.
