How can I display indicator at the top of my chart with price action below? Or have indicator on top with price action chart in middle and another indicator at the bottom?

You can control the Chart Region for the main price graph through Chart >> Chart Settings. When setting the main price graph to a Chart Region other than 1, Chart Trading functionality will not work properly and other chart functionality related to the main price graph may not work correctly.
