screen freezes at least 1 time a day

I am trading NQ in SIM, my datafeed is Transact
I have an I7 quad core with enough memory and 1GB video card
at least 1 time a day my screen freezes while trading NQ, a quick disconnect/re-connect fixes this each time
1. My datafeed is Transact, my broker says 1 time a day is normal
2 I posted on Big Mike Trading, a trader with TT says this is excessive
3. could Sierra Chart be the problem? What do you suggest?
