Can this be done? i.e. I want EURUSD in a chart and no way for it to be changed, other than by changing it in the Chart Settings window. There are numerous times that I managed to change the chart symbol, by mistyping and hitting enter. For example, this can happen if I type 11w (instead for 11s- eleven seconds) and hitting enter. It's very frustrating and can be dangerous if it happens at the wrong time.

You need to disable Global Settings >> General Settings >> Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window.
