So the bridge program file is missing. Install Sierra Chart again by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. This will give you the missing file.

I downloaded the latest version and it fixed the problem. What happen is the AVG advice me of a threat and as I authorized to fix, I saw something about a bridge with Sierra Charts. This may have cause the connection problem. But also be advice of what AVG was taking as a threat to my comp.
