Hello i am trying to use a basic trailing stop with a 9 tick stop with a trigger offset of 2 and a trail offset of 10 however what happens is when the trig offset of 2 is reached it only moves the stop by 1 tick instead of 10.

Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Once the trailing stop is triggered and begins to trail the current price, the offset will be 10 ticks.

Just wanna make it clear - The problem remains as = the offset gets to be ONLY 1 tick instead of 10 ticks when the trailing stop is triggered and begins to trail the current price. Need help.

So immediately after the trigger the Stop order is only 1 tick from the current price?

You have posted the entire Trade Activity Log. We need to know the Internal Order ID and symbol of the triggered trailing stop order. You will see that in the Internal Order ID column in the Trade Activity Log.

Internal Order ID = Buy 36385/Sell 36386 => TFM5 immediately after the Trigger Offset of 2 was reached it trailed only 1 tick instead of 10 from the Stop Offset price

OK we think we know where the confusion is. You are saying 1 tick from the stop offset price. This makes sense. But it should have been 10 ticks from the price that market last traded at. In the last screenshot you posted, this is what is the case.

Hmmmmm... In this case please tell me how to make this trail to jump right(1 tick) below the currently traded price after the trigger offset of 2 was reached, and then trail it by 1 as it goes to my favor. Thanks

Set the Trail Offset to 1. Although this is very tight and increases the probability that the stop order modification will get rejected and will not always work properly.

I was setting Trail Offset to 1 all of the time prior of setting it to 10. I also had Trigger Offset set to 6 instead of too, and the reason behind setting it to 2 was just for a faster result.
Setting Trail Offset to 10 works absolutely identical as to 1, why????. Thats the reason I contacted you.
I began setting it to 10 - because 1 didn't do the trick.
One more time - setting the Trail Offset to 1 and 10 works absolutely identical beginning trailing from the Stop Offset by 1 tick.
You can test it on your end and see for yourself....Or tell me why its happening on my site. Thanks

Looks like its working now. Don't know how & why. I updated the software downloading the latest one, or maybe after I Reset Window...don't know..., but its working fine. Case is closed. Thank you

We suspect the problem is that when you set the Trail Offset to 1, sometimes the order modifications to that price level are getting rejected by the external trading server. So be prepared that this is not always going to work reliably. It may work right now, but sometimes it will not.
