Hello

When I roll over a symbol to a new contract all my drawings disappear, I cant use show drawings on all symbols because I use this chart for multiple symbols all with different drawings.

Is there anyway to fix this or possibly add a feature to keep drawings on contract rollover? It would really help because I have used the same drawings/levels for years.

Thanks for reading

Make sure you are on the current version Sierra Chart. If that does not help, then disable Chart >> Chart Settings >>Continuous Futures Contract because the volume data for that symbol is not usable for the method by which this feature uses for rollover.

ok does the current release include the update to only display current value in the value scale when using "color bar based on alert condition"?

well i found out that by manually replacing the default symbol of "NGK13" to "NGK3" everytime i open it from the quoteboard it draws correctly, in case anyone else has this problem

is there a way to make this the default so i dont have to change it in chart settings everytime?

Im trying to Rollover Symbol F.US.EPM23 to ESM23-CME

No matter how times i click the "Translate Symbols to Current Service", it wont update it at all!

You do not "rollover" a symbol to the same contract. What you are showing are two different symbol names for the same instrument on the same contract and year. The particular symbol you use is dependent on the "Current Selected Service" you have set.

For example, the symbol F.US.EPM23 is the CQG symbol for the e-Mini S&P 500 Index from the CME Group. If your "Current Selected Service" is set to CQG, then this is the symbol you need for the chart. Otherwise, if your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services", then the symbol you need is ESM23-CME.
