Missing Data with CTS T4 Feed

I am having an issue with the CTS T4 data feed the last two days. For the June 13 E-Mini SP 500 futures contract (ES) my SC charts are missing data bars. I have two major gaps with no bars. Yesterday: On a 1 minute chart; I have a bar at 5-28-13 7:09 CT then the next bar is 5-28-13 9:26 CT Today On a 1 minute chart; I have a bar at 5-28-13 21:26 CT then the next bar is 5-29-13 6:41 CT I have tried Reloading and ReCalculating the chart; and I have opened a new chart. But the data is still missing. How can I get this fixed? |
