yesterday i purchase level 5 on sierra and it still doesn't work' what shoul'd I do?

You appear to be using Sierra Chart through an affiliate. Therefore, you will need a standard installation of Sierra Chart. Please download and install Sierra Chart from this page:

When you start Sierra Chart, log in with the Sierra Chart login information you use on this support board and the one you have made a payment with.

After the installation, follow the set up instructions here to use the Trading service you are using:

To access your existing data files, you will need to change or Data Files Folder in this new installation, to the data folder used by your other installation of Sierra Chart. This can be done through Global Settings >> General Settings >> Data Files Folder. Let us know if you need help with this step.
