Every time SC losses connectivity (even for half a second) the SC Quoteboard resets the percentage changes for the day. This applies to stocks and currencies, not to futures (no problem with futures). I am attaching two SC Quoteboards and one IB quoteboard for illustration purposes. Screenshots taken 1 minute apart. See the following: EUR/GBP: +1.4% on SC, +1.09% on IB EWW: +0.55% on SC, +1.43% on IB Would it be possible to find a solution to this? Thanks |

The calculation is based upon the data from Interactive Brokers. Specifically the Net Change calculations use the "Close" tick type. This is a value direct from TWS.

Then why is it not displaying the same information as TWS? It resets to zero on every disconnection. TWS does not. |

Interactive Brokers must not be providing the previous close price through the API.

Do you have the capacity to check that? So I may contact IB. Understand not much to do if they are not, but would still be good to know.

We did spend time, about 30 minutes reviewing the various fields of data and messages to see if there is any field we are missing which contains the previous day's close/settlement price and there is nothing. So Sierra Chart's integration with TWS is complete and correct.
