can't find chartbook

i have a .cht on my desktop but open chartbook doesn't find it. i put it in Data and it still doesn't find it. how do i open it? |

Go to Global Settings >> General Settings. You will see "Data Files Folder". This is where you will want to put the Chartbook file with a CHT extension.
