DTC question about trading

Will the following work? If I have a DTC server that only supports trading (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DTCMessageDocumentation.php#TradeOrderProcedures) I use it with SC in the following way: 1. All trading related activity will go through this server. 2. Market data will be received from a data provider supported by SC 3. The data provider might be a provider that support trading (e.g., transact) Is this type of a scenario generally possible with DTC/SC? |

The data has to be provided over the DTC connection or a separate DTC connection.
1. Is "SC Exchange Data" a DTC connection?It is also possible for us to program support to use one of the Sierra Chart data services.
2. Just to be clear - you would need to do add code so that the market data provider could be any of the providers in the Data/Trade Service Settings list. |
