I type in the symbols in the following example format as indicated in the instructions: AA.BZ No data Populates the chart. According to the message log the BATS exchange is enabled. I have conducted a Symbol Update via the global settings as instructed. Am I missing something here? Is there do I need to append anything else to the symbol? |

You are the first user of BATS. There were two small things that were not configured properly on our servers. We have now fixed those. You are using the correct symbol: AAPL.BZ. Update the Global Symbol Settings again and reconnect to the data feed with the Disconnect and Connect to Data Feed commands on the File menu.
