This would be a huge time saver when using alert syntax to establish conditions at key levels.

This way you can establish a level based on your formula without having to manually add them.

Alternatively adding this a Draw Type would work too and could be used with color bar based on alert condition.

This would not be possible because Simple Alerts outputs are boolean (TRUE/FALSE) only. You can set Use Input Value but all of the choices draw relative to each bar; none draw a continuous line.

You can draw an horizontal line with a spreadsheet study because a formula result can be a value. And you would use the Draw Style Dash to draw it.

Not sure why this wouldn't be possible. I actually got this to do what I want with a dash but when I need it to project forward into time on the chart because when the level goes off screen to the left, it is very difficult to keep track of.

There are many plots that can be used at the high/low/close (point, square, dash, etc).

They only plot when the condition is true or false.

Why couldn't a horizontal line be used instead of a point, dash, square, etc? It would basically be a dash extended to the right and left edge of the chart.

Draw Styles are bar-specific and, with Simple Alerts, can only be drawn at one of the Input Data choices at each bar. What you want is to repeat a Draw Style at the same level until the next TRUE, which is another thing entirely.
