i cant get a russel mini quote to work on my charts from ameritrade

all my quotes work on my charts except russel mini.i get them from ameritrade and the symbol is /tfh5 .I can get the quote on ameritrade it just wont work on sierra. can you help me?

you are getting futures through SC with TD Ameritrade? what package number do you use? (sorry no help just curious)

So if I am getting a live quote for free on ameritrade for the russel mini what can't it just transfer over to Sierra Charts? Why would I have to pay for it when I get it for free?
