Hello, I signed up for the charting package as well as the data service a few moments ago. How long should it take for me to have access to the intraday data? I downloaded the charting package and I am unable to access the real time data. I am getting a "download failed" and redirected to a message log window. Thanks Nathan |

What markets do you need data for? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

I only trade equities so I would need data for just the Equity universe (including OTC's if possible). If I cannot get data for OTC's then I would need data for NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX. Thanks

Real-time data for US equities is an extra cost. It is 35 USD per month plus 10.5 USD per month for the exchange fee or 2.5 USD per month for the BATS equities exchange. Would that work for you? We see your on service package 5 and we could change that package down to 1 or 3 which is less expensive if you do not need the features of package 5. I use Tradestation for my charting package and the only reason I am looking to use Sierra Charts is for the Market Profile feature and a few of the other chart customizations that trade station does not offer. I need real-time data since most of my trading is intraday. So right now I am looking at $40 for package 5 (since I am using market profile), $35 for real time data, and $10.5 for the exchange fee for a total of around $85 correct??

I would like to try it out for $85 this month and see if it is something that I would like to continue using. So go ahead and sign me up for the real time feed. After the 31 day period I can cancel if I do not wish to continue correct?

In regards to canceling, the best thing to do is not to put any further money on your Additional Services Balance beyond what is needed to pay for the data feed and exchange fees for this month. In this way there will not be an automatic renewal.
