TD Ameritrade connection not updating

Hello, I just signed up for SC exchange CME data using my TD Ameritrade account. TD appears to be rejecting data requests, and the charts load but they are not live / don't update in real time. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Yes, when you do that, it will definitely work.

Just make sure to reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu after your TD Ameritrade balance is updated by TD Ameritrade.
