OEC datafeed issue

GAIN Capital had already checked if my datastream was set at default... 5 simultaneous feeds. Unfortunately, GAIN Support says the problem is with Sierra Chart. I pray I have better luck with you folks. The issue is I get 3 datafeeds with no issues, then I add a fourth and... no fourth feed. If I were to restart SC, then one of the other feeds would quit. Please see attached 2 files. As you see in 2of2, YM is still at 20sec and the others have changed. I also get no Time and Price info for YM. Also, have you asked Gain/OEC to increase the number of tick by tick allowed symbols on your account to 10? They should do that.

Thank You for the number of Tick by Tick per symbol should be 10 advice. The issue was I had other chartbooks opened that consumed the allotted datastream. Once again, I am very appreciative of your quick response. -Arnie |
