I had to reinstall my Windows 7 operating system over the weekend. I downloaded Sierra Charts yesterday ( old spread sheet version.) Today when I try to oper the program I get the error message: "Unknown Server Error." How is this rectified: ffinkler@juno.com |

We just tested your account, we do not get any errors and are able to login. I'm using the same User ID and P/W as I recorded last November when I first logged on to Sierra Charts: AC9.... and 424.... Why do they not work now? Can new password be installed? ffinkler |

There is no problem with your Account or Password. The issue is the connection to the Internet. Another program on your computer, or your Internet Connection settings are not allowing Sierra Chart on your Computer to properly communicate with the Server.
