stop not showing

when I put on stop or limit order I get my first line showing when I want to get in. once triggered the limit shows nut not the stop. I see the order in the dom but not on chart. never had this problem ever. then when I pressed flatten the trade went away and it triggered another trade please help

+1 Have been using Sierra/Transact for 6yrs, never had this problem until v1234/1235
