CQG / AMP no account balance with version upgrade

I have CQG data with Amp broker. With sierra chart version 1220 I had live account balance and broker account number in orders and positions window. Also, broker account number showed in Trade Window. After upgrading this morning to version 1235, I have no account balance or account number. Trade orders and Daily P/L are correctly updating. Trade Window shows an account number that does not match my account. Amp Broker said everything is working correctly with live trades, just not showing account balance or number.

What this means is that you are using the FIX connection for CQG which is shown to be more reliable, other than the account balance issue.

The difference between the Account number is something we have heard about with CQG FIX and it should not be something to be concerned with.

We will see if there is anything we can do about the Account Balance. We will carefully review the FIX documentation again for CQG and make sure everything is programmed correctly relating to the account balance.

It is now April 9, I guess the no Account Balance issue will not be solved with CQG FIX. If I switch to CTS data, will this solve the problem? Does Sierra Charts run well with CTS data compared to CQG?

No, it is not going to be solved because CQG has not solved it yet.

CTS does provide Account Balance data. Sierra Chart does work well with CTS T4.
