Hello, volume profiles fixed by bar count set to 1 aren't correct for Range/Renko/Volume charts. It seems that volume profiles are calculated for all the bars that have the same timestamp instead of being calculated for each bar individually. Also, there are some new values that appear in the Tool values window like Volume above POC, Volume below POC, Start time, End time and there's no option to hide them. I only want to have Point of control, Value area high and Value area low like it was in the previous version. Moreover, the subgraph names and values are not displayed in the Tool values window with the colors that they appear on the chart. In the "Upcoming development" thread you have stated that "The Point of Control and Value Area study Subgraphs are now completely filled in for all volume profiles in the chart, all the time and kept up-to-date". So, does this mean that these values are now accessible through ACSIL? Finally, does SC package 3 provide historical data for US stocks?

The described problem when volume profiles are based on a number of bars of 1 will be solved in the next release.

There is no way to hide the additional information on the Chart Values Windows for Volume Profiles. We will consider that later on.

There has been no change with the colors of text displayed within the Tool Values window. This is the same as always.

So, does this mean that these values are now accessible through ACSIL?
Yes

Yes, the Sierra Chart Historical Data service does provide data for US stocks:

The described issue with volume profiles isn't solved with version 1235. It has only reduced the occurrence as this happens on a smaller number of bars but it hasn't solved it entirely. Regarding the US stocks do you have plans to provide tick by tick data?

This image covers the same time period as the one uploaded in my first post.

So, there's no way to get delayed tick by tick stocks data like with futures contracts, I need to subscribe to the real-time service.

What Time Zone do you have Sierra Chart set to?

You must subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed service for tick by tick data for stocks.

See also these images. They're from the DAX futures contract. Apart from the volume profile issue there seems to be a problem with the Range/Renko bars calculation as well. There are bars that have higher timestamp than the bars preceding them which doesn't make any sense.

Re-downloading the data has fixed the issue mentioned in the previous post but it hasn't solved the volume profile issue.

We have confirmed that this problem does not exists with tick by tick data:

The described issue with volume profiles isn't solved with version 1235. It has only reduced the occurrence as this happens on a smaller number of bars but it hasn't solved it entirely.

Make sure you have a tick by tick data configuration and re-download the data:

My data configuration is always tick by tick so there's nothing to change here. I have re-downloaded the data over and over again but the problem persists. It only happens with Renko bars and Open=Close Range bars type. All the other range bar types work just fine. I have noticed that this happens when two conditions are met: The bars have the same timestamp and the volume of the bar is either 0 or 1.
