Floating Toolbar Disappeared ?

I can't locate my floating toolbar on any of my screens! I was trying to move it.. dunno what i did and its 'gone' I have Toolbar 2 checked. Tried checking/unchecking, restarting SC and my computer.. no luck.. how do i get it back ? Update : Found it !! lol dont ask .. ps. I cant see a delete option .. any reason for not being able to delete own threads? like this one which would be a waste of time for SC to view now. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-02-23 23:42:09
