SC data feed (IB) not loading all tick data properly on startup

Using tick or renko bars on symbol YM the most recent 10 periods are not loading the bid ask data or the hlc information correctly. cumulative delta is flat also.

It seems to correctly form new bars in real time.

However if I delete and download the missing tick data it again will not load the most recent 10 periods correctly.

I tried doing an interactive brokers symbol refresh, and believe my data settings are correct.
