Hello,

My account is not connecting currently and no information can be retrieved. Can you address? This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. This is a demo account but it is one that I am paying for. It doesnt give me confidence obviously that a live account would be well placed here. Can you comment on this? Thanks.
