On last post you said it requires time and patience. I have spent a couple hours trying to determine why I can get daily and weekly candlesticks on chart but cannot get 1m, 5m, 10m, 15m and so on time frames! ! cannot determine what is wrong with my settings? Also on the free trial do I have access to the E Mini S & P 500? I haven't been able to bring that up on chart?

I have the shorter time frame choices on the tool bar but when I select them my chart screen goes blank!

In one of our responses to you we said to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service to access data that is not provided with the SC Forex Data service. Follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html#UsingSCHDS After changing to that service you will find all of the future symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol.
