Charts not update accurately - using Interactive Brokers data

Hello,

Through out the day, I noticed my charts isn't updating correctly. I am mainly looking at the 5 min and 1 minute chart using IB's data. Once I know the discrepancy, I right click the chart and "delete and download data" and this will fixed it, but later on the day I will see several of these behavior repeating.

Please advise if this have been seen before and how to resolved?
