Guys, is it possible to connect an external brokerage account that is not included in the "Supported Data and Trade Services" ?

I have a Credit Swiss Prime Trade account. Is is possible to connect their API?
Thanks,
Domiciano

The FIX protocol is not standardized enough to allow a connection to any service that uses FIX.

Ok, thanks for that.

But considering the link I sent you, Sierra can use FIX protocol for trading, so I want to know if it could be used with Credit Suisse Prime Trade. Do you have this answer, if not, How can I get that?
Regards.

If Credit Suisse Prime Trade uses the FIX protocol, then Sierra Chart can be programmed to work with with that trading service, but there is an integration effort involved. There also needs to be a cooperation between us and Credit Suisse. So none of this is very simple.
