cant trade my account with amp futures

hello i opened my account with amp futures i am using sierrachart dome i tried to put on a live trade this morning and i got this: Trade Order Error - TT order update (Rejected). Info: Could not find account defaults.. Internal Order ID: 12997. Service Order ID: (none).
