I have a TD Ameritrade account and this happens when I try to update a chart. I get today's chart fine, but it will not give me historical data.

I'm running 1224.

Due to the complexity and problems associated with supporting too many different sources of data for a particular Service in Sierra Chart, historical Daily data is only supported through the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service when using TD Ameritrade. So you need to be on Service Package 3 or 5 when using newer versions of Sierra Chart when using TD Ameritrade to get historical Daily data.

This change was about two months ago, so if you go back to 1208 or earlier you can get Historical Daily data from TD Ameritrade on service package 1.
