Hello, just a few questions

Is it possible to display the price display format at 0.0001 increments but have the cross-hair label display at 0.00001 increments?

Interactive scaling is not working. I have interactive scale range and scale range:automatic selected??? I want to create some space at the top and bottom of the window.

Can I fill in no data areas with spaces corresponding to the chart timeframe. For example, my broker shuts down for 5 minutes every day but I would like to fill this time with a space/s on charts 5m and bellow. Also, I have set the session times for end/start 16.59.59/17.00.00 NY time. My broker opens later than most but I would like the chart to fill the no data area with space and have every week start 5pm sunday and end 5pm friday.

Cheers

It is not possible to use two different value formats for the main price graph of the chart.

Make sure you do not have the Logarithmic Scale enabled:

Use the Include Columns with No Data option in Chart >> Chart Settings:

Thanks for the reply.

So I can't have space at the top of my charts if I have logarithmic scale selected?

When I select "include columns with no data" my chart won't refresh. It gets stuck on 2% then I have to close the chart.

Also, when I use a cross hair on any chart it appears on all charts (I have six different charts on 6 screens). Why is this, it is quite distracting.

Thanks

You can add space at the top and bottom of the chart by first disabling the Logarithmic scale and then using Interactive Scale Range and compressing the chart and then re-enabling the Logarithmic scale. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#InteractiveScaling

This has been fixed:

When I select "include columns with no data" my chart won't refresh. It gets stuck on 2% then I have to close the chart.
Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

Disable Tools >> Global Cursor.
