Can I get some tech help conflicting data service confusion

Hi I just purchased sierra charts today (So I could get things set up for Mondays trading day) however I had a previous account with CQG and I wish to set up a separate account that I can get US equity real time data on and then I changed my email so its a bit of a mess. Can someone log into my computer and help me sort this all out today please? I get really busy during the week so I scheduled today to get things working. I would greatly appreciate the help.
