Account balance zero LMAX

Hello Support,

I've purchased the Service package 5 for LMAX. I've done the required settings set out on your documents but the account balance still shows zero.

LMAX has confirmed the FIX Connection has been applied to my account.

LMAX does not provide account balance information over FIX.

They have another protocol for this which at the current time is not supported.
